Overview: The Kicker KMTC94 wake tower speakers provide great looks and next-level sound quality for your boat. These 4 ohm, 2-way speaker pods include a 9" polypropylene woofer with a santoprene surround and a 1" titanium dome compression driver incorporating Kicker's Tractrix High-Frequency Horn Design. Both drivers are housed in a UV-resistant polymer enclosure that meets or exceeds ASTM standards for UV and salt/fog exposure. These include a 200 hour salt/fog test and a 400 hour accelerated UV test. The KMTC94 speakers can handle 300 watts of RMS power and 600 watts Peak power.

LEDs: The 2 included speaker grills have a built-in 7 color LED lighting system on the back of them that will light up the speaker cone when activated. Each speaker pod includes a 10" pigtail of 8 pre-attached wires, 4 of which are for the LEDs. The Black wire gets +12 volts while the Red, Green, and Blue wires are used to activate that color of LED when a ground is applied, giving you a total of 7 choices of colors. The optional Kicker KMLC Lighting Remote Control (sold separately) can provide up to 20 colors and 19 lighting modes.

Mounting: The KMTC94 kit includes all the hardware necessary for mounting the speakers to your wake tower. Each speaker uses a stainless steel/ABS clamp that can mount to tubing ranging from 1.5" to 3.25" in diameter. The clamps feature a tool-free locking cam/toggle system that allow the speakers to quickly and easily be swiveled up to 359˚.

Speaker Wiring: Each speaker includes a multi-pin plug, built into the mounting base, that simply slides into a receiving plug built into the upper mounting bracket. This allows the speakers to be detached and re-attached without having to cut or re-splice speaker wires. Each upper mounting bracket has a built-in wire harness with bare-ended wires for the drivers as well as the built-in LEDs. One pair of wires powers the woofer while a second set of wires powers the tweeter.
